Character Transfer Guidelines

To avoid scams when selling/buying characters, every sell must be communicated to the HGMs.
A staff member will then verify the proceedings to make sure both parties are protected.

☛ No complaint will be accepted from transfers not following those guidelines!

• The transfer fee must be paid by the seller (as proof of agreement).
• A transfered char cannot be transfered again within 31 days.
• If the paypal transaction is disputed at a later time:
  • the disputer account(s) will be locked out indefinitely (unless there is a genuine dispute)
  • the character may be returned to the original owner.

Both parties must send an email to: (carbon copy all)

The seller must include:

• Account name
• Character name
• Level
• Sell Price

The buyer must include:

• Account name that will receive the char
• Character name
• Character level
• Buy Price

The staff member will reply allowing the transfer or pointing out the inconsistencies if any.

Once allowed, the buyer should pay the agreed price.
After receiving the payment, the seller should pay the transfer fee.
Once the transfer fee is paid by the seller, the character will be transfered.

These guidelines only apply if you are selling and buying through paypal (which is recommended).
