The Oracle will send you to portal isle above The centaurs (Map 1)
Find the portal in the middle, its marked so you can't miss it
After taking the portal on there you will be on the isle (Map 2)
Upon entering the building you will be transported to Makrsh P'Tangh's Realm
He can be in a few places so you have to look around
Here you may be able to see him in the middle (Map 3)
